call2cal runs entirely on your device. It has no servers, no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no network access. We do not collect, transmit, store off-device, sell, or share any of your data.

What the app accesses, and why

Call log (READ_CALL_LOG) — to read your calls (number, date, time, duration, type) and create matching calendar entries. This is the app's core function.
Calendar (READ_CALENDAR, WRITE_CALENDAR) — to list your calendars and write call entries into the one you choose.
Contacts (READ_CONTACTS) — optional; only if you enable "contact names", to show a caller's name instead of just the number.
Phone state (READ_PHONE_STATE) — optional; only if you enable the after-call trigger, to know when a call has ended.
Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS) — to show sync status.
Run at boot and ignore battery optimizations — to keep scheduled background sync working.

All processing happens locally on your device. call2cal does not send this information anywhere.

Where your entries go

call2cal writes events into a calendar you select. If that calendar belongs to an account that syncs (for example Microsoft/Outlook or Google), your device's own calendar sync — not call2cal — copies those events to that account under that provider's terms. call2cal has no involvement in and no control over that sync.

Data retention and deletion

call2cal stores only your settings and a sync marker on the device. Uninstalling the app removes them. Calendar events it created remain in your calendar until you delete them.

Children

call2cal is not directed at children.
